Creating a Substrate Community

To make a Substrate forum add the project name, node url, token symbol, and spec file formatted in JSON. Once complete, press “test connection” to ensure all data was inputted correctly. After successful testing, add a description and fill out any other relevant fields. After the description is added click “Save changes” to create the Substrate forum.
